As the only bagel shop in a 5 county region, Copper Island Bagels boils and bakes their 19 varieties of bagels on a daily basis so you know they are fresh and full of flavor. If you are interested in something a little more filling than a bagel and spread (4 in-house made flavored cream cheeses including Thimbleberry), there is a nice selection of Bagel Sandwiches at equally nice prices. And when you’re ready for dessert, they carry 25 flavors of Jilbert’s Ice Cream. If you’re not able to make it to their shop in Lake Linden, you can find them throughout the area in their food truck, The Bagel Bus.
